Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item if it’s faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Items must be unopened and in original condition.

Digital Products & Codes

Unfortunately, digital game codes or downloads are non-refundable once issued unless faulty or not working.

How to Return

Once we confirm the return, we’ll send instructions. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days once the returned item is received.
