What's the deal with online Pokemon Pre-Orders?

Wanting to pre-order new upcoming Pokemon products? 🤔

It's rough out there, but we have a system to help with this!
We explain in a bit more detail below.

Due to the extremely high demand for Pokemon products at the moment, we use a discount system for pre-order invites via our website, along with a reservation form posted on our socials. Here is how it works:

• Popular items are listed as £1000 pre-orders.
• Customers with a reservation receive a discount code via email, tied to their email address.
• Entering the discount code at checkout will reduce the price down to normal.
• You can stack all the discount codes for your pre-orders into the same order.

With our competitive prices, we are a popular target for resellers and bots.
Using product limits and discount codes tied to email addresses helps prevent stock from being bought out, meaning you have more chance of getting these!
Customers who have attended our recent Pokemon events get priority for new product reservations.

Combined with our reservation request forms, this keeps things fair and helps our local community get their hands on the new products! No stock drop watching at 3am!

We have hundreds of customers filling out our reservation forms so it's not practical to process each pre-order manually. Currently, the discount codes are the best way for us to do this. If the stock situation calms down, we will look at putting these back on the website as normal pre-orders!

If you have received a reservation email and you are having issues checking out, make sure you are using the same email address! This is the most common issue customers run into.

Our online store is limited to purchases within the UK, so if you are on holiday or using a VPN, it may not let you checkout. Please contact us and we can sort a manual order for you.
